Care for what you wear
- Turn shirts inside out and wash at most at 30 °C with similar colours.
- Use a gentle cycle with a max. spin of 600 rpm.
- Hang to air dry to avoid wrinkles. Do not tumble dry.
Care for yourself, too
- Build your support circle. Spend time in queer spaces and with people who celebrate you.
- Talk to someone who gets it. Queer-affirming therapy or even one safe person can take a lot of weight off.
- Have a few ways to reset. Writing things down, trying out breath work, or how about exploring a new sport?
