We design pieces to be loved and kept, but if something’s not right, let's return it.

Our Returns policy - the "short" version

After the order, you've got 30 days to return anything. If it's a damaged item, let us know within 7 days. Make sure items are unworn, unwashed, and come with their original tags and packaging.

If the fit is off, you can exchange it for another size or get a refund. Prefer to get something else instead? Store credit comes with the product value +10%!

Unless the items are damaged, we unfortunately don't cover the shipping costs for returns.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If the fit isn’t quite right, you can exchange for another size or colour, depending on availability. If your preferred option isn’t available, we’ll offer a refund or store credit instead.

What refund options do I have?

You can choose between:

  • a refund to your original payment method, or
  • store credit with +10% extra as a little thank-you

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and check your return.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

If an item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping is on us. For all other returns, you simply cover the return shipping cost.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

You’ve got 30 days from your order date to return or exchange an item. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days.

What condition do items need to be in?

Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Sale items can’t be returned.
