Instructions on cancellation

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after thirty days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Lea Mishra, Rheinpromenade 11, 40789 Monheim am Rhein, Deutschland, hi@biweekly.shop, Phone: +49 157 8058 7241) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but we recommend filling out our Returns Form.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Return options

Within the 30-day cancellation period, you may choose one of the following:

  • Exchange for another size or product.
  • Store Credit, including an additional 10% bonus based on the value of the returned products.
  • Refund to your original payment method.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition.

Return shipping

European Union

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the product is incorrect or faulty.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Once confirmed, we will cover the return shipping costs and, where applicable, send a replacement.

Switzerland

For returns from Switzerland:

  • If you choose an exchange or Store Credit, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you choose a refund to your original payment method, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the standard costs of delivery (but excluding any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion for Digital Products and Gift Cards

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products, including gift cards, once the digital content has been delivered to you by email and the contract has been fully performed.

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, if the items are damaged or incorrect, we will provide you with a free return shipping label. A link to retrieve the return label will be sent to you by email.

For all other returns, please complete our Returns Form first.
