What is Biweekly?

Biweekly is an independent fashion brand by and for the Bi+ community, creating bold-but-wearable pieces that make visibility effortless. Read our mission.

Who is Biweekly for?

Biweekly is designed for bisexual, pansexual, omnisexual, and multisexual people of all genders, and of course all allies who value visibility, inclusion, and community. Of course, we are trans- inclusive. Biweekly is for everyone. Read our mission.

Is Biweekly a queer-owned brand?

Yes. Biweekly was founded by and for Bi+ people, with community, belonging, and visibility at its core. Read our story.

Why is visibility so important to Biweekly?

Because Bi+ people are the largest group in the LGBTIAQ+ community and among the least visible. Visibility creates belonging and change. Read the reason we founded Biweekly.

How do I care for my Biweekly pieces?

Wash inside out, cold wash, and avoid tumble drying. Care instructions are included on each product page and label. (Psst, there is also a secret message in there.) Or, check out our care page.

How should I care for my organic cotton Biweekly pieces?

For organic cotton items: wash inside out, cold wash (30°C), avoid tumble drying, and do not bleach. This helps preserve the fabric, fit, and print for longer. Also, check out our care page for details.

Can I tumble dry my Biweekly items?

We recommend air drying all Biweekly pieces. Tumble drying can cause shrinkage and reduce the lifespan of the fabric.

How do Biweekly crop tops fit?

Our crop tops are cropped but not super short; they usually still cover the belly button while showing a little skin. The design is consciously neither stereotypically masculine nor feminine.

Are the crop tops see-through?

No. All Biweekly crop tops are opaque and not see-through, even in lighter colours.

How does the Frida Baby Tee fit?

The Frida Baby Tee has a tight, body-hugging fit, is super soft, and has a similar length to our crop tops. It’s designed to feel comfy and easy to wear.

How do Biweekly oversized T-shirts fit?

Our oversized T-shirts are intentionally baggy in width, but normal in length. They give an oversized look without feeling too long.

Why do the T-shirts come in double sizes?

Our T-shirts are offered in double sizes (XS–S, M–L, XL–XXL) to create a relaxed, inclusive fit across body types.

How do Biweekly caps fit?

Our caps have a relaxed "Dad Cap" fit and an adjustable (Bi+ flag) strap at the back, making them easy to customise for different head sizes.

How do Biweekly socks fit?

Our socks are thick, tennis-style socks designed for comfort and durability.

Payments & Orders
What payment methods does Biweekly accept?

We accept PayPal and all payment methods available via Shopify Payments, including credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay & Klarna. Available options are shown clearly at checkout.

Is it safe to shop on biweekly.shop?

Yes. Our shop uses secure, encrypted checkout technology and trusted payment providers like PayPal and Shopify Payments. You can find all legal and company details in our Imprint and Legal pages in the footer.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help. Once an order is shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update the address.

What should I do if my package is lost or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived?

Reach out to us, and we’ll investigate with the shipping provider. We’ll keep you informed and help find a solution. Contact us here.

Returns & Exchanges
What is Biweekly’s return policy?

You can return unworn items within 30 days of your order date. For faulty or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns are available for all EU countries we ship to. Return anything here.

Which items are eligible for return?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with original tags. Gift cards are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged. Return anything here.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Visit biweekly.shop/pages/returns and fill out our returns form with your order number, product details, return reason, and preferred outcome. We’ll get back to you with clear next steps.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes. You can request an exchange for a different size or colour in the returns form. If the item is unavailable, you can choose a refund or store credit (+10% on product value).

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Faulty or incorrect items: return shipping is free. All other returns: return shipping is payable. We’ll always clarify this before you send anything back.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the damage is confirmed, you’ll receive a replacement or a refund/store credit, and we’ll refund your original shipping costs.

Can I get store credit instead of a refund?

Yes. If you choose store credit, you’ll receive +10% extra value compared to a refund. Store credit can be used on any future Biweekly order.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, processing usually takes 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once everything is completed.

Refunds of the order value are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Where does Biweekly ship?

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU). (If you're in Switzerland, send us a quick message.)

How long does shipping take?

Germany: 1–3 business days. Other EU countries: 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Germany: €5.90. Other EU countries: €7.90. Free shipping on all orders over €70.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All EU orders over €70 qualify for free shipping.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link by email.

Sustainability
Where are Biweekly products made?

Our apparel products are produced in Portugal in trusted factories we visit ourselves. Our caps are produced in China, as this is where our manufacturing partner for this specific product category is based. Other print products and accessories are made in Germany and Poland.

Are Biweekly products GOTS certified?

Yes. All tops are made in Portugal and produced using GOTS-certified organic cotton. This ensures high environmental and social standards across the supply chain.

What materials does Biweekly use?

Most Biweekly pieces are made from organic cotton. Our caps are made from conventional cotton. Some tops and socks also include elastane. Material details are always listed on the individual product pages.

Are Biweekly labels and packaging sustainable?

Yes. All paper labels are FSC-certified, and our polybags are made from 100% recycled plastic. We aim to reduce waste while still protecting the products during shipping.

How does Biweekly ship orders sustainably?

All orders are shipped with DHL GoGreen, DHL’s carbon-neutral shipping program. This helps reduce the environmental impact of delivery within the EU.

Why aren’t all products made in Europe?

We aim to produce as much as possible in Europe. For some product categories, like caps, suitable partners are currently only based outside Europe. Our goal is to eventually produce all items in Europe.

How sustainable is Biweekly as a brand?

As a small independent brand, we do the best we can to implement sustainability into everything we do. We focus on responsible materials, ethical production, and carbon-neutral shipping. Our products are made in Europe using GOTS-certified organic cotton, except for of our caps. Find all details on our product pages.
