Dispatch

Orders are typically packed and dispatched on the next working day. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking link.

Delivery times

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

• Germany: 1 to 3 business days

• All other countries in the European Union: 3 to 7 business days

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over €70. For orders below €70, the following shipping rates apply:

• Germany: €5.90

• All other EU countries: €7.90

We ship with DHL GoGreen. This means the carbon emissions caused by transporting your parcel are compensated through certified climate protection projects. DHL calculates the emissions generated during delivery and offsets them by investing in projects that reduce or remove the same amount of CO₂.
